    We advise all our clients to read through the clinic terms and conditions before making a booking. These are put in place to safeguard the clinic and to ensure the maximum standards and service are offered to the client. In booking an appointment you are agreeing to the clinic terms and conditions stated below.

• All clients are required to provide contact details; including address, telephone and email in order to secure an appointment.
• All clients will complete a Medical history form at their first appointment, this is necessary to ensure the treatment is suitable for the client & that there are no contraindications. We will not treat you if deemed medically unfit.
• All information will be treated as confidential and protected in accordance with Data Protection legislation.
• You may choose to remove yourself from our mailing list at any time, by unsubscribing.
• Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled via our contact page. No shows will be refused a repeat appointment.
• We may not able to treat you if you have arrived more than 10 minutes late to your booking. Unfortunately you may be refused by the clinic.
• Appointments must be booked in the name of the client expecting to have the treatment on the day and you must not book an appointment in your name for a friend/family etc

Children

  We do not allow children on the premises. If you arrive with anyone under the age of 16 we will not proceed with treatment. Unfortunately due to the nature of the business we are not insured to allow children on the premises.

Payment

• You will be advised of the full costs of any treatment plan proposed and agreed, including that of any maintenance treatment, before any treatment is undertaken.
• Payment is taken, in full at the time of treatment.
• The clinic accepts cash, or major debit and credit cards.

Refunds

All packages and treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

Reviews

Any feedback is much appreciated, both positive and negative. Feedback is used to review and improve quality of service. You may submit feedback verbally, via email or via the clinic website.

Complaints

If you have a complaint please inform us as soon as possible. An appointment will be made for you to be seen. Your satisfaction is our priority. We will do our upmost to correct any issues you may have.

Under no circumstances

• Those under the age of 18 ( ID REQUIRED )
• Those on skin medication such as ro-accutaine, antasure, steroids or other which cause over sensitive thin skin.
•Those who have an active cold sore/oral herpes on day of treatment.
• Those with allergies to anaesthetics
• Those undergoing chemotherapy or radiotherapy at present, due to undergo, or have only recently finished within the last 50 days.
• Epileptics who have had a seizure in the past two years.
• Those who are pregnant or breast-feeding, acute and skin infections, exacerbation of chronic diseases, hemophilia, skin inflammation in the area of presumed injections.

•Cancer sufferers and autoimmune diseases (unless written permission is given by your specialist).
• The skin’s tendency to form keloid scars.
• Allergy to the components of the agent. 
• Recent usage of laser or chemical peeling.
• Those with glaucoma or taking blood thinning medicine (eg aspirin/warfarin)
• Eczema, psoriasis, rash or blisters on the site to be treated.
• Healing disorders
• Uncontrolled high blood pressure or mitral valve disorder.
